Add a scrollbar to rich text

1. Select the rich text object.
2. In the Properties panel, set the Scroller property to True (checked).
   

Note Setting the Scroller to True (checked) will enable a vertical scrollbar to display when text-lines exceed a set height (the value of Size: Height field).
