The Lock at Original Size property is set to False (unchecked) by default. With this set to False, the image dimensions can be modified by either of the following two methods.
With the image selected, manually enter values (width and height) for the Size property in the Properties panel.
Alternatively, with the image selected, use the mouse to drag the image transform points.
Note dragging from a corner maintains the existing aspect ratio.
