Remove menu pages

1. Double-click the Menu object.
2. If Use Default Structure is checked, uncheck it.
3. In Scenes used in Menu, select the page(s) you want to remove from the Menu.
4. Click the left arrow. The page(s) will move to the Scenes not used in Menu list.
